Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction At Be-Dazzle Inspired Products, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

 

Refunds:

1. Incorrect Products: If we ship the wrong product by mistake, we will refund the full amount. The customer must ship back the product in good condition. Upon receipt of the returned product, the refund will be initiated.

2. Damaged Products: If the product is damaged due to shipping company negligence, the sum insured for that product through the shipping company will be paid to the client upon receipt of such insured amount from the shipping company.

 

Cancellations:

1. Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting our customer service.

2. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged. Process for Refunds 1. Contact our customer service to initiate a return or refund. 2. Ship the product back to us in its original condition.

3. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will process the refund.
